  14. This is a working model for a self-running survey which can be delivered via HyperCard.  Any number of passers-by might stop for a few minutes and render their opinions.  HyperCard captures all the results and can quickly summarize and print them.  
  15. (The summary is included with Survey.)  It all is contained on two cards:  "Debrief" for capturing data and "Debriefsum" for summarizing it.  The same two cards can be used for debriefing students who take CBT courses and answering their questions.
